Shipping

We ship our products from Graz, Austria.
Shipping is handled by reliable logistics partners such as DHL, Austrian Post, or comparable service providers – depending on the destination and package size.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

• Austria

• Germany

• Switzerland

• EU member states

• Other countries upon request

If your country cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us directly at service@mokadamo.com.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Note for customers outside the EU:
Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

• Austria: 2–4 business days

• Germany: 3–6 business days

• EU & Switzerland: 4–10 business days

During periods of high order volume (e.g. before Christmas or during crowdfunding campaigns), delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
